Hello,
Activision has web-based support software to better assist our customers. In
order to receive further assistance with your problem, you must login to our
support website at http://www.activision.com/support
Once there, click either the Activision icon or the Red Octane icon, depending
on your game title. Then click the My Stuff tab and create a new account by
clicking the Create New Account button or log into your existing account if you
already have one by entering your E-mail address and any password you may have
created.
To submit a new incident to us, click the Ask a Question tab, choose your game
Product, and type in your issue in the Question field.
For incidents that have already been submitted, click the My Stuff tab and click
the Questions button. You can then view any current Incidents you have with our
support department. Simply click the link under Subject to open and update your
incident.
You will still receive E-mail responses to your questions in your inbox, but you
cannot respond to them from there. Anytime you wish to update an incident with
more information, click the URL to our support website which is included inside
each E-mail we send you. This will open up a browser that will take you directly
to your account login where you can update your incident.
Please be assured that we will expedite your issue and respond to it as quickly
as we can.
