We're pleased to announce Loreena's live, online chat has been
rescheduled to Saturday February 16 at 16:00 (GMT). This will be a
one hour text chat, in English only, and the topic will be Loreena's
Travels.
This is your chance to discuss a particular part of the world with
Loreena, find out how her journeys influence her music and how often
she travels outside Canada. It's also a new and exciting way for
Loreena to connect with her fans and she's looking forward to hearing
from you!

As many as 250 people will be able to take part in the live text
chat, but you must be a member of the Quinlan Road Community Message
Board to participate.


Becoming a member of the QR MessageBoard

Becoming a member is quick and easy. Here's how you do it:
Go to the sign-up page at: boards.quinlanroad.com/eve/login
Choose the button that says you're not yet registered and agree to
the terms of service by checking the box.
Fill in your user profile and hit the submit button. (You'll then get
an email asking you to confirm your request to join the Message
Board – just to verify you're the person making the request, not
someone else.)

Logging into the chat

You will be able to line up for the live chat 10 minutes before it
begins. Simply log in to quinlanroad.com/chat and follow the
instructions. Although it's not essential, we invite you to let us
know where you live (country, district) so we can better schedule our
future chats.

Loreena will answer as many questions as time allows, but if she
doesn't get to your question we hope you'll understand and be
interested in the answers to other people's questions.

For the previous scheduled chat, which had to be postponed, we
invited fans with dial-up internet service to email questions in
ahead of time since the video format could not accommodate dial-up.
We thank you for all your questions, however since dial-up users are
able to participate in this new text-based chat, we kindly ask that
you join the chat live on Saturday and pose those questions to
Loreena directly.

If the chat is full

It's first come, first served so when the chat room has reached
capacity you'll be notified. If that turns out to be your experience
stay tuned since we plan to post the chat transcript on the website
under `News and Views' shortly after it is completed.


Future chats

It's Loreena's hope that in the coming months she'll be able to host
more live chats; some text-based like this one, others with
audio/visual components. These chats will be scheduled whenever
Loreena's unpredictable schedule becomes briefly predictable again
and she can seize the opportunity. Rest assured members of the
Quinlan Road Community will be notified of all upcoming chats. It's
also her hope that different languages and geographical regions will
eventually be accommodated once we iron out the details of this
exciting but challenging new venture. In the meantime, Loreena
appreciates your interest, patience and support.
