Police: " We have to arrest you!"   Lista de mensajes

 Dear all,

Police to me when I arrived home on Sunday with my son Alex:    "We have to arrest you"
Police: " Alex [son] needs to be seen and interviewed by police nurse."

My flat got broken into again by police.
They went through all my papers, documents, diaries, personal notes, videos, disquettes,CDs, and my PC.
the whole floor, bed, table, desk, everything was scattered with documents, papers, ect ect.

Reason?
My wife was angry.
I went as planned away with son Alex over the weekend.
She was perfectly informed about everything. She knew where we were going [ to a male friend of mine,a father and teacher who she knows].
I phoned her every day.
Already the first night when we were away she involved police.
I do not know what she said to them.
UK police alerted police in Spain and Germany.
My wife most probably just did not believe that I was staying at a male friend's house.
She suspected I might be with a woman. The easiest way to be sure and find out where I really was, was to go to police and say something about child abduction or similar nonsense.
PS: My wife lost our children's passports. They are reported as lost to police.

Warning: Destroy all travel publicity you might have in your house before you leave your house with your child.
If police find travel brochures or travel publicity, they might take it as proof that you intend to abduct a child!!
Madness, isn't it?

I copy below an email which I received from a friend in this context.[I have taken out, "censored" two names]
I am a bit busy these days  - but as you all know I am and will always be here at your disposition,
always here to help you!

Commentary from you very welcome!!

If my wife behaves in an idiotic way, you may say she has got a problem.
If police behave in a somewhat idiotic way [as a routine] , you may say a country has got a major problem
[i.e. INSTITUTIONAL DISCRIMINATION AGAINST AND CRIMINALISATION OF MEN]
YOU ARE A MAN OR FATHER - AND YOU ARE ASSUMED TO BE GUILTY -whatever you do.

MEN,STAND UP AND FIGHT FOR YOUR RIGHTS BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE!
Help others, make them aware of the situation!
Speak up and act!

I would advise that like me you complain to the commissioner of the metropolitan police and to your M.P.  The police officers I spoke to at [name of police station]  knew about your history and accepted that your wife may have been stringing them along.
I asked if you had done anything illegal and they said 'no, but we have to check on the welfare of the 4 year old.'
I replied but he is his dad and he is married to his mum, and there is no court order re custody with the mother: he agreed.
I asked if the had broken into your flat and he said they had access.
I asked how they had gained access to information about me and he said via a computer entry.
I asked how they gained access to the computer, but he didn't answer that.
The 1st policeman: i.e. from [name of town] actually said that no children were involved, that it was to do solely with concern for your welfare and state of mind, and nothing else.
He actually said that you had been seen in my car.
As I said, I am going to complain to the police: straight to the commissioner, copies to police complaints authority and my M.P.
Fraternally
G.

PS: MP = member of parliament
"He actually said that you had been seen in my car."  - An absolute lie.
The place where I and my son Alex were, was some 400 km apart. And during the whole weekend I was not in one single car, not even in a taxi!
