Descubren osamenta del Pleistoceno en la Riviera Maya
Este hallazgo se suma al de otros tres esqueletos localizados entre 2003 y 2005.
El descubrimiento de una osamenta en una caverna sumergida, en Quintana Roo, representa una pieza importante del rompecabezas sobre la presencia del hombre temprano en América y en lo que hoy es el sureste mexicano... El esqueleto en cuestión conserva además 10 dientes, los que ofrecen la posibilidad de su datación e, inclusive, obtener información -mediante pruebas de Carbono 13- acerca de la dieta que mantuvo el individuo...
