Gracias. Luego de hacer la pregunta, advertí que, en realidad, todo se
limita a un typing error. El texto debería ser "right of privacy,
detention", y la coma aclara perfectamente el texto.

Aunque desconozco el significado del término completo, espero que la
siguiente definición de "Right of privacy", tomada del Black´s Law
Dictionary, te pueda servir o dar alguna luz para la traducción.

"Privacy, right of. The right to be let alone; the right of a person of a
person to be free from unwarreanted publicity; and right to live without
unwarrented interference by the public in matters with which the public is
not necessarily concerned. Term "right of privacy" is generic term
encompassing various rigths recognized to be inherent in concept of ordered
liberty, and such right prevents govermental interference in intimate
personal relationships or activities, freedoms of individual to make
fundamental choices involving himself, his family, and his relationship with
others. (...)" (siguen 2 párrafos más en los que se sigue definiendo el
término a la luz de las sentencias de la Corte Suprema de justicia de
Estados Unidos y unas definiciones de "Tort action for invasion of privacy".

El término "Detention" es definido por el mismo diccionario así:

"Detention. The act of keeping back, restraining or withholding, either
accidentally or by design, a person or thing. Detention occurs whenever
police officer accosts individual and restrains his freedom to walk away, or
approaches and questions individual or stops individual suspected of being
personally involved in criminal activity."
