Hola

Tenes que llamar a FCA y ver que las chicas te pasen datos de otros perros que no sean los de Peggy o hablar con la misma Peggy y ver si sabe de perros de otra linea de sangre
El otro dia me acorde de vos `por que en Las Heras y Callao vi un lindisimo hable con la dueña y son ingleses ellos y el perro pero esta castrado. Pero debe haber algun otro en el pais.
Cuando comenze con los westies no habia ninguno y los fui rastreando asi

¡hola! Podrian pasarme algun dato de dueños de machos de CAIRN TERRIER en ARGENTINA.

Tengo una perra de 2 años que entra en celo en julio y no conozco ningun macho que no sea del criadero que la compré.

Canine Good Citizen Test - Friday, June 19, 2009

AKC has granted Virginia Terrier Club permission to hold a Canine Good Citizen Test for all Purebred dogs that are at least 6 months of age. Entry fees will be $5.00 for the Canine Good Citizen Test. A CURRENT RABIES CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED and owners should bring their own dog brush for the test. Entries will be taken from 9:30 A.M. until 11:30 A.M. Testing will begin at 12:00 Noon.

Ramps at the sole discretion of the judge, approved breeds may be examined on the ground or on a ramp: Irish Terriers, Kerry Blue Terriers, Soft Coated Wheaten Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers.

This list may be revised from time to time, and the current list can be found on the AKC website in Judging Operations. A judge requesting the use of a ramp must give reasonable notice to the Show Superintendent/Show Secretary prior to the day of the show. AKC approval is not required.

Ramps may be used in emergency situations to judge any breed. (In all but emergency situations, the exhibitor has no recourse. In an emergency situation, where use of a ramp is not indicated in the premium list, an exhibitor has the option of withdrawing their entry and receiving a refund.)

Rules Applying to Dog Shows

Effective January 1, 2010

CHAPTER 11, SECTION 1.

No dog shall be exhibited in a licensed or member dog show, except for dogs entered in the Miscellaneous Class unless it is either individually registered in the AKC Stud Book, or individually registered with a foreign registry organization whose pedigrees are acceptable for AKC registration.

The Showplace & Grounds will be open 12:00 NOON to 7:00 P.M. Thursday for exhibitors. Building will open 6:30 A.M. day of show. UNLOADING AT EAST SIDE OF BUILDING (ANNEX). NO Hook-ups.

Overnight Parking Fee - $10.00 per vehicle per night. Overnight Guard on Duty.

All Doors must be kept closed to maintain proper temperature.

Law Enforcements Officers will receive complimentary admission.

Exhibitors & handlers are responsible for clean conditions in and around their crates.

Please do your part to help us keep this show site clean so it will continue to be available to us.

The welfare of an exhibitor's child is assumed to be the responsibility of the exhibitor. It is distinctly understood that exhibitors will exercise control and restraint over their children on the day of the show.

The Virginia Terrier Club, Inc. maintains the right to reserve any parking spaces as needed..

Coffee and pastries will be served the morning of the show until 9:00 A.M.

All crates must be stacked. Collapsable crates must be top tier.

No private X-pens. Strollers will NOT be permitted in building.

No unentered dogs in building. No dogs in the main lobby of the The Showplace.

 

As a courtesy to exhibitors, the Virginia Terrier Club is using an expanded facility at this show. The Showplace Annex will be used for ALL GROOMING. All dogs must enter and exit through the Showplace Annex. Exhibitors please note and make plans for your parking.

Acknowledgement of entries will be made as soon as practicable with tickets and/or identification cards. Make All Checks and Money Orders payable to MB-F, Inc. CANADIAN exhibitors must make fees payable in U.S. FUNDS. Please mail checks or money orders with entries. Superintendent assumes no responsibility for cash sent through the mail. Tabulate carefully. Due to cost of processing, no refunds $4.00 and under will be made.

An AKC Recording Fee of $.50 first entry only and an AKC Event Service Fee of $3.00 per entry will be required for each dog entered at any Licensed or Member Club Show, Obedience Trial or Tracking Test. An AKC Recording Fee of $3.00 will be required for each entry in any Licensed or Member Club Rally Trial. All Recording and Event Service Fees are paid to the American Kennel Club. (There is no Recording Fee or Event Service Fee for Junior Showmanship, Sweepstakes, Futurities, Brace/Team, Multi-Dog Classes or Special Attractions.)

No Entry shall be made and no entry shall be accepted which specifies any conditions as to its acceptance.

Entry Fees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Veterinarian or Judge, or barred from competition by action of the Event Committee. If because of riots, wars, strikes, civil disturbances, national emergencies, health emergencies, and the dictates of law enforcement or of the owner(s) of the grounds and/or facilities or other acts beyond the control of the management it is impossible to open or to complete the event, no refund of entry fee will be made. Extreme weather conditions, such as, but not limited to snow storms, hurricanes, lightning, extreme heat, heavy rains, or other circumstances including, but not limited to, the condition of the facilities or grounds and/or the ingress and egress from the grounds, must be considered for the health and safety of the dogs, exhibitors and spectators. The well-being of dogs, exhibitors and spectators is of paramount importance and, in the event it is necessary to cancel or stop the event before completion, no refund of entry fee will be made. To find out about any AKC event cancellations call the AKC Event Cancellation Hotline (877) 252-3229.

Post Dated Checks, Returned Checks and Declined Credit Cards do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Superintendent will add a collection fee to the amount of each returned check or declined card. Subsequent returned checks or declined cards from the same exhibitors may result in their being put on a CASH ONLY basis.

No Refund for Duplicate Entries. Every effort to find all duplicate entries will be made; however, if entry has been processed, no refund will be made. An Administrative Fee of $2.00 will be charged or withheld from refunds for duplicate entries.

An Administrative Fee of $2.00 will be withheld from all refunds for entries cancelled prior to the closing of entries.

Errors on Entry Blanks. Owners are responsible for errors in making out entry forms, whoever may make such errors, and no entry fee will be refunded in event of such errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing date.

Each Owner and Agent listed on the entry form and/or individual responsible for the dog at a show is bound by the Certification and Agreement on the front and back of the entry form regardless of who may have completed & submitted the entry form.

As specified in Chapter 12, Section 4 of the AKC Rules Applying to Dog Shows, information contained on the entry form is required to be published in the club's show catalog. This information is also subject to publication in other media.

Dogs May Arrive any time prior to their scheduled time of judging. Dogs not required for further judging will be excused.

Judges Will Not Wait for Any Dog Holding Up a Class. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring when their classes are called to be judged.

All Dogs Present must be held on leash or confined to their crates except when being judged or when in the exercising ring.

Class Cash Prizes will be paid in the ring to the person showing the dog. Claims for prize money must be made in the ring before the judging of that breed is over, and the Superintendent's Office advised at once. The Superintendents and show-giving Club disclaim any liability for cash prizes after the judging of the breed is over.

No gasoline or diesel generators are permitted inside any building or within 100 feet of any tent in which this dog show is conducted.

Canine Good Citizen Test - Friday, June 19, 2009

AKC has granted Virginia Terrier Club permission to hold a Canine Good Citizen Test for all Purebred dogs that are at least 6 months of age. Entry fees will be $5.00 for the Canine Good Citizen Test. A CURRENT RABIES CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED and owners should bring their own dog brush for the test. Entries will be taken from 9:30 A.M. until 11:30 A.M. Testing will begin at 12:00 Noon.

Ramps at the sole discretion of the judge, approved breeds may be examined on the ground or on a ramp: Irish Terriers, Kerry Blue Terriers, Soft Coated Wheaten Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers.

This list may be revised from time to time, and the current list can be found on the AKC website in Judging Operations. A judge requesting the use of a ramp must give reasonable notice to the Show Superintendent/Show Secretary prior to the day of the show. AKC approval is not required.

Ramps may be used in emergency situations to judge any breed. (In all but emergency situations, the exhibitor has no recourse. In an emergency situation, where use of a ramp is not indicated in the premium list, an exhibitor has the option of withdrawing their entry and receiving a refund.)

00100. SWEEPSTAKES

Judge: Mrs. Nora Hackathorn

The Sweepstakes is open to all West Highland White Terriers who are 6 months & under 18 months of age on the day of the show. Sweepstakes will be judged prior to the Regular Classes. Dogs entered in Sweepstakes must also be entered in a Regular Class. Dogs entered in Sweepstakes may not be shown by professional handlers, members of their immediate families or their employees, unless such person is the owner or breeder of the dog entered. Professional Handler includes anyone who has received renumeration for the handling of purebred dogs in AKC licensed shows within twelve months prior to the date of the show. Champions of Record and dogs that have completed the requirement for Championship prior to the closing of this Sweepstakes are not eligible. Indicate "Sweepstakes" and age division on the regular entry form under "Additional Classes". Entry fee is $12.00.

Rules Applying to Dog Shows

Effective January 1, 2010

CHAPTER 11, SECTION 1.

No dog shall be exhibited in a licensed or member dog show, except for dogs entered in the Miscellaneous Class unless it is either individually registered in the AKC Stud Book, or individually registered with a foreign registry organization whose pedigrees are acceptable for AKC registration.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

The Showplace & Grounds will be open 12:00 NOON to 7:00 P.M. Thursday for exhibitors. Building will open 6:30 A.M. day of show. UNLOADING AT EAST SIDE OF BUILDING (ANNEX). NO Hook-ups.

Overnight Parking Fee - $10.00 per vehicle per night. Overnight Guard on Duty.

All Doors must be kept closed to maintain proper temperature.

Law Enforcements Officers will receive complimentary admission.

Exhibitors & handlers are responsible for clean conditions in and around their crates.

Please do your part to help us keep this show site clean so it will continue to be available to us.

The welfare of an exhibitor's child is assumed to be the responsibility of the exhibitor. It is distinctly understood that exhibitors will exercise control and restraint over their children on the day of the show.

The Virginia Terrier Club, Inc. maintains the right to reserve any parking spaces as needed..

Coffee and pastries will be served the morning of the show until 9:00 A.M.

All crates must be stacked. Collapsable crates must be top tier.

No private X-pens. Strollers will NOT be permitted in building.

No unentered dogs in building. No dogs in the main lobby of the The Showplace.

 

As a courtesy to exhibitors, the Virginia Terrier Club is using an expanded facility at this show. The Showplace Annex will be used for ALL GROOMING. All dogs must enter and exit through the Showplace Annex. Exhibitors please note and make plans for your parking.

Mail All Entries With Fees to MB-F, Inc., Superintendent, P.O. Box 22107, Greensboro, North Carolina 27420. Entries received without fees will not be accepted. Acknowledgement of entries will be made as soon as practicable with tickets and/or identification cards. The person accompanying a dog must show tickets of admission and identification before the dog will be received. Should such acknowledgement not be received by the exhibitor within a reasonable time, please verify your entry with the MB-F Office in North Carolina.

Visa/Mastercard/Discover/American Express number, expiration date, cardholder's name must appear on each entry. Fax entries must be received by the closing hour/date. Fax fee: $4.50 per entry in addition to entry fee. All credit card entries, regardless of method submitted, are processed through the Fax program and are charged the $4.50 processing fee. This Fax Fee is subject to change without notice.

Make All Checks and Money Orders payable to MB-F, Inc. CANADIAN exhibitors must make fees payable in U.S. FUNDS. Please mail checks or money orders with entries. Superintendent assumes no responsibility for cash sent through the mail. Tabulate carefully. Due to cost of processing, no refunds $4.00 and under will be made.

An AKC Recording Fee of $.50 first entry only and an AKC Event Service Fee of $3.00 per entry will be required for each dog entered at any Licensed or Member Club Show, Obedience Trial or Tracking Test. An AKC Recording Fee of $3.00 will be required for each entry in any Licensed or Member Club Rally Trial. All Recording and Event Service Fees are paid to the American Kennel Club. (There is no Recording Fee or Event Service Fee for Junior Showmanship, Sweepstakes, Futurities, Brace/Team, Multi-Dog Classes or Special Attractions.)

No Entry shall be made and no entry shall be accepted which specifies any conditions as to its acceptance.

Entry Fees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Veterinarian or Judge, or barred from competition by action of the Event Committee. If because of riots, wars, strikes, civil disturbances, national emergencies, health emergencies, and the dictates of law enforcement or of the owner(s) of the grounds and/or facilities or other acts beyond the control of the management it is impossible to open or to complete the event, no refund of entry fee will be made. Extreme weather conditions, such as, but not limited to snow storms, hurricanes, lightning, extreme heat, heavy rains, or other circumstances including, but not limited to, the condition of the facilities or grounds and/or the ingress and egress from the grounds, must be considered for the health and safety of the dogs, exhibitors and spectators. The well-being of dogs, exhibitors and spectators is of paramount importance and, in the event it is necessary to cancel or stop the event before completion, no refund of entry fee will be made. To find out about any AKC event cancellations call the AKC Event Cancellation Hotline (877) 252-3229.

Post Dated Checks, Returned Checks and Declined Credit Cards do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Superintendent will add a collection fee to the amount of each returned check or declined card. Subsequent returned checks or declined cards from the same exhibitors may result in their being put on a CASH ONLY basis.

No Refund for Duplicate Entries. Every effort to find all duplicate entries will be made; however, if entry has been processed, no refund will be made. An Administrative Fee of $2.00 will be charged or withheld from refunds for duplicate entries.

An Administrative Fee of $2.00 will be withheld from all refunds for entries cancelled prior to the closing of entries.

Errors on Entry Blanks. Owners are responsible for errors in making out entry forms, whoever may make such errors, and no entry fee will be refunded in event of such errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing date.

Each Owner and Agent listed on the entry form and/or individual responsible for the dog at a show is bound by the Certification and Agreement on the front and back of the entry form regardless of who may have completed & submitted the entry form.

As specified in Chapter 12, Section 4 of the AKC Rules Applying to Dog Shows, information contained on the entry form is required to be published in the club's show catalog. This information is also subject to publication in other media.

Dogs May Arrive any time prior to their scheduled time of judging. Dogs not required for further judging will be excused.

Judges Will Not Wait for Any Dog Holding Up a Class. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring when their classes are called to be judged.

All Dogs Present must be held on leash or confined to their crates except when being judged or when in the exercising ring.

Class Cash Prizes will be paid in the ring to the person showing the dog. Claims for prize money must be made in the ring before the judging of that breed is over, and the Superintendent's Office advised at once. The Superintendents and show-giving Club disclaim any liability for cash prizes after the judging of the breed is over.

No gasoline or diesel generators are permitted inside any building or within 100 feet of any tent in which this dog show is conducted.

RECOMENDACIONES GENERALES PARA LOS PARTICIPANTES:

No se permite traíllas ('leash') retractables ('flexileash' ) o cadenas en el área de trabajo. El perro tiene que llevar collar de hebilla y traílla de tela o cuero mientras está trabajando.

Collar deslizante (choke collar) permitido solo para controlarlo mientras no esté participando en el evento.

Perros agresivos deben utilizar un bozal, como medida de seguridad, mientras no estén participando, o estar en su jaulita .

Se recomienda que los asistentes lleven a sus perros en jaulas. Si no, deben estar en traílla todo el tiempo, mientras no estén participando.

Ropa apropiada para este tipo de actividad: Ropa de 'trabajo': pantalones largos (preferiblemente mahones) y tenis o botas.

Las actividades de caza o pruebas de caza nunca se cancelan por lluvia. (Traer sombrillas o ponchos por si acaso).

Lleve sus propias sillas, almuerzo, refrigerios y agua para el perro.

Lleve bolsas de plástico para recoger los depósitos de excremento de su perro, agradecemos su cooperación.

Para evitar distracciones e interrupciones solicitamos que mantengan su celular en modo de vibración.

Es necesario que presente la evidencia de vacunas de su perro.

Antes de comenzar con las prácticas debe llevar a su perro al área designada para que realice sus necesidades.

No se permitirán cachorros menores de 4 meses en las prácticas y menores de 6 meses en las pruebas oficiales.

Reglas a seguir en el área de trabajo:

Solamente se permitirá un perro en el área de trabajo esto para evitar la distracción del mismo o cualquier situación peligrosa con otro perro.

Solamente debe estar en el área de trabajo la persona que manejara al perro, juez y/o ayudante del juez.

Al momento de que el perro deba entrar al túnel no puede obligarlo a entrar ya que se asustara y no realizara ningún trabajo.

Canine Good Citizen Test - Friday, June 19, 2009

AKC has granted Virginia Terrier Club permission to hold a Canine Good Citizen Test for all Purebred dogs that are at least 6 months of age. Entry fees will be $5.00 for the Canine Good Citizen Test. A CURRENT RABIES CERTIFICATE IS REQUIRED and owners should bring their own dog brush for the test. Entries will be taken from 9:30 A.M. until 11:30 A.M. Testing will begin at 12:00 Noon.

Ramps at the sole discretion of the judge, approved breeds may be examined on the ground or on a ramp: Irish Terriers, Kerry Blue Terriers, Soft Coated Wheaten Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers.

This list may be revised from time to time, and the current list can be found on the AKC website in Judging Operations. A judge requesting the use of a ramp must give reasonable notice to the Show Superintendent/Show Secretary prior to the day of the show. AKC approval is not required.

Ramps may be used in emergency situations to judge any breed. (In all but emergency situations, the exhibitor has no recourse. In an emergency situation, where use of a ramp is not indicated in the premium list, an exhibitor has the option of withdrawing their entry and receiving a refund.)

The Sweepstakes is open to all West Highland White Terriers who are 6 months & under 18 months of age on the day of the show. Sweepstakes will be judged prior to the Regular Classes. Dogs entered in Sweepstakes must also be entered in a Regular Class. Dogs entered in Sweepstakes may not be shown by professional handlers, members of their immediate families or their employees, unless such person is the owner or breeder of the dog entered. Professional Handler includes anyone who has received renumeration for the handling of purebred dogs in AKC licensed shows within twelve months prior to the date of the show. Champions of Record and dogs that have completed the requirement for Championship prior to the closing of this Sweepstakes are not eligible. Indicate "Sweepstakes" and age division on the regular entry form under "Additional Classes". Entry fee is $12.00.

Rules Applying to Dog Shows

Effective January 1, 2010

CHAPTER 11, SECTION 1.

No dog shall be exhibited in a licensed or member dog show, except for dogs entered in the Miscellaneous Class unless it is either individually registered in the AKC Stud Book, or individually registered with a foreign registry organization whose pedigrees are acceptable for AKC registration.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

The Showplace & Grounds will be open 12:00 NOON to 7:00 P.M. Thursday for exhibitors. Building will open 6:30 A.M. day of show. UNLOADING AT EAST SIDE OF BUILDING (ANNEX). NO Hook-ups.

Overnight Parking Fee - $10.00 per vehicle per night. Overnight Guard on Duty.

All Doors must be kept closed to maintain proper temperature.

Law Enforcements Officers will receive complimentary admission.

Exhibitors & handlers are responsible for clean conditions in and around their crates.

Please do your part to help us keep this show site clean so it will continue to be available to us.

The welfare of an exhibitor's child is assumed to be the responsibility of the exhibitor. It is distinctly understood that exhibitors will exercise control and restraint over their children on the day of the show.

The Virginia Terrier Club, Inc. maintains the right to reserve any parking spaces as needed..

Coffee and pastries will be served the morning of the show until 9:00 A.M.

All crates must be stacked. Collapsable crates must be top tier.

No private X-pens. Strollers will NOT be permitted in building.

No unentered dogs in building. No dogs in the main lobby of the The Showplace.

 

As a courtesy to exhibitors, the Virginia Terrier Club is using an expanded facility at this show. The Showplace Annex will be used for ALL GROOMING. All dogs must enter and exit through the Showplace Annex. Exhibitors please note and make plans for your parking.

Acknowledgement of entries will be made as soon as practicable with tickets and/or identification cards. Fax fee: $4.50 per entry in addition to entry fee. All credit card entries, regardless of method submitted, are processed through the Fax program and are charged the $4.50 processing fee. This Fax Fee is subject to change without notice.

Make All Checks and Money Orders payable to MB-F, Inc. CANADIAN exhibitors must make fees payable in U.S. FUNDS. Please mail checks or money orders with entries. Superintendent assumes no responsibility for cash sent through the mail. Tabulate carefully. Due to cost of processing, no refunds $4.00 and under will be made.

An AKC Recording Fee of $.50 first entry only and an AKC Event Service Fee of $3.00 per entry will be required for each dog entered at any Licensed or Member Club Show, Obedience Trial or Tracking Test. An AKC Recording Fee of $3.00 will be required for each entry in any Licensed or Member Club Rally Trial. All Recording and Event Service Fees are paid to the American Kennel Club. (There is no Recording Fee or Event Service Fee for Junior Showmanship, Sweepstakes, Futurities, Brace/Team, Multi-Dog Classes or Special Attractions.)

No Entry shall be made and no entry shall be accepted which specifies any conditions as to its acceptance.

Entry Fees shall not be refunded in the event that a dog is absent, disqualified, excused by Veterinarian or Judge, or barred from competition by action of the Event Committee. If because of riots, wars, strikes, civil disturbances, national emergencies, health emergencies, and the dictates of law enforcement or of the owner(s) of the grounds and/or facilities or other acts beyond the control of the management it is impossible to open or to complete the event, no refund of entry fee will be made. Extreme weather conditions, such as, but not limited to snow storms, hurricanes, lightning, extreme heat, heavy rains, or other circumstances including, but not limited to, the condition of the facilities or grounds and/or the ingress and egress from the grounds, must be considered for the health and safety of the dogs, exhibitors and spectators. The well-being of dogs, exhibitors and spectators is of paramount importance and, in the event it is necessary to cancel or stop the event before completion, no refund of entry fee will be made. To find out about any AKC event cancellations call the AKC Event Cancellation Hotline (877) 252-3229.

Post Dated Checks, Returned Checks and Declined Credit Cards do not constitute a valid entry fee. The Superintendent will add a collection fee to the amount of each returned check or declined card. Subsequent returned checks or declined cards from the same exhibitors may result in their being put on a CASH ONLY basis.

No Refund for Duplicate Entries. Every effort to find all duplicate entries will be made; however, if entry has been processed, no refund will be made. An Administrative Fee of $2.00 will be charged or withheld from refunds for duplicate entries.

An Administrative Fee of $2.00 will be withheld from all refunds for entries cancelled prior to the closing of entries.

Errors on Entry Blanks. Owners are responsible for errors in making out entry forms, whoever may make such errors, and no entry fee will be refunded in event of such errors or cancellation of entries after the published closing date.

Each Owner and Agent listed on the entry form and/or individual responsible for the dog at a show is bound by the Certification and Agreement on the front and back of the entry form regardless of who may have completed & submitted the entry form.

As specified in Chapter 12, Section 4 of the AKC Rules Applying to Dog Shows, information contained on the entry form is required to be published in the club's show catalog. This information is also subject to publication in other media.

Dogs May Arrive any time prior to their scheduled time of judging. Dogs not required for further judging will be excused.

Judges Will Not Wait for Any Dog Holding Up a Class. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging ring when their classes are called to be judged.

All Dogs Present must be held on leash or confined to their crates except when being judged or when in the exercising ring.

Class Cash Prizes will be paid in the ring to the person showing the dog. Claims for prize money must be made in the ring before the judging of that breed is over, and the Superintendent's Office advised at once. The Superintendents and show-giving Club disclaim any liability for cash prizes after the judging of the breed is over.

No gasoline or diesel generators are permitted inside any building or within 100 feet of any tent in which this dog show is conducted.

THIS CLUB DOES NOT AGREE TO ARBITRATE CLAIMS AS SET FORTH ON THE OFFICIAL AKC ENTRY FORM FOR THIS EVENT.

Saudações cinófilas.

Tenho lido algumas manifestações acerca da realização da Festa de Entrega dos prêmios dos rankings oficiais da Federação de Cinofilia do Estado de São Paulo 2007 e 2008 na Ilha Porchat, mais precisamente no Ilha Porchat Clube, que estariam se acumulando com duas provas de beleza e uma de agility na mesma data e portanto, tornariam difícil a presença de vários expositores vencedores.

Nestas manifestações vejo grande injustiça, quando leio que a data foi, digamos, inoportuna e neste aspecto um esclarecimento deve ser dado para que não se pairem dúvidas até porque todas as nossas decisões são baseadas em regulamentos e normas.

Nossos soberanos estatutos, nossas normas aplicáveis, nossos regulamentos, enfim, todos os nossos instrumentos regulatórios oficiais, da cinofilia oficial, prevêm a realização anualmente desde sua fundação (nos atuais moldes desde 1992) no ultimo final de semana de março da Assembléia Geral da FECESP, quer seja para apreciar as decisões do ano anterior, quer sejam para a apreciação de contas, quer sejam para a deliberação soberana de novos regulamentos, quer sejam para a homologação de convênios, quer sejam para fins eleitorais, enfim, a Assembléia Oficial da Federação dos Paulistas ocorre invariavelmente no ultimo final de semana do mês de março, e esta é a norma. 

Neste caso, ficaria reservado este final de semana apenas para a realização da Assembléia Geral e festa de entrega do ranking oficial não sendo permitida a realização de qualquer mostra oficial.

Assim o está em nossos regulamentos, assim criou-se o hábito, assim fez-se o costume, assim se estabeleceu como norma aplicável em função da repetição de sua natureza.

Assim tem sido todos os anos.

Assim temos procedido durante toda a existência da Federação de São Paulo que deveria ser soberana em suas decisões.

Dizem ainda nossos estatutos, que combinados com o termo de convênio firmado com a entidade mater, que caberá a Federação e tão somente a ela, "elaborar" o calendário anual de exposições de sua área territorial. Ledo engano, vergonhosa mentira.

Ocorre que o desrespeito a todas e quaisquer regras, notadamente ás estabelecidas pela cinofilia oficial virou praticamente rotina no nosso dia a dia por parte de quem deveria, de fato, zelar por seu cumprimento e isto muito nos envergonha.

Não foi a Federação de São Paulo, que tem neste aspecto mais uma vez sua soberania ultrajada que agendou a exposição tanto do campeonato de beleza, quanto o campeonato de agility. Aliás, a bem da verdade, sequer foi consultada sobre estas datas e muito embora nada tenha a opor, até porque muito nos honra a realização da 4ª Etapa do Copa Paulista de Agility bem como a exposição comemorativa e aniversaria de 53 anos do Campinas Kennel Clube, não se nos podem imputar uma culpa ou responsabilidade que não temos.

Elegantemente a diretoria do Campinas Kennel Clube optou por realizar a sua mostra apenas no sábado dia 28 de março, durante todo o dia, com inicio ás 7h30 da manhã o que agradecemos do fundo do coração, contudo, não temos a mesma situação por parte da comunidade agiliteira que tem seus motivos para não adiar ou antecipar, o que lamentamos até porque a nossa intenção é confraternizar, criar entendimento, buscar conciliação, reunir, plantar sementes da amizade, do respeito e do carinho. Respeitamos tal decisão, porém, é injusto que se nos imputem responsabilidades pela irresponsabilidade alheia(desnecessário aqui tecer nomes). Nós não autorizamos o uso destas datas, aliás, sequer fomos consultados.

Porque da realização no Domingo?

Boa parte dos presidentes e diretores de clubes tem seus afazeres, seus trabalhos, suas responsabilidades e desta forma, o sábado mostrou-se inviável para o comparecimento espontâneo de vários dirigentes da grande cinofilia do Estado de São Paulo, de longínquas cidades do interior que se deslocarão até o litoral paulista e então, para facilitar a todos o acesso optamos então, democraticamente, por realizar a Assembléia Geral da Federação no domingo e consequentemente a premiação nesta mesma data para que todos possam participar, democraticamente estarem presentes.

Lamento que a cinofilia brasileira nunca busque o entendimento. Lamento que as regras existam em alguns casos "só para inglês ver" porém não nos cabe aqui polemizar mas sim reiterar o convite a todos para que participem do jantar de confraternização de entrega dos prêmios do ranking oficial do Estado de São Paulo na noite de domingo na histórica e bela São Vicente, com inicio para as 19 horas no Ilha Porchat Clube.

Quiça os praticantes deste lindo esporte que é o agility consigam terminar cedo seu evento e estarem presentes na festa que é de todos, agiliteiros, criadores, amantes de cães e nossos amigos.

Ao praticantes do agility os nossos respeitos, ao diretores e expositores da exposição aniversária de 53 anos do Campinas Kennel Clube o nosso carinho, nosso respeito e nossas desculpas pelos incidentes cuja natureza não temos participação.

Aproveito para agradecer a diretoria do Campinas Kennel Clube, aos árbitros internacionais convidados, o carinho, a gentileza, a amabilidade de ter concentrado a mostra em um só dia para não prejudicar o brilho da já tradicional e sempre bem organizada festa de confraternização.

A todos os que se sentiram prejudicados, muito embora não reconheçamos como nossa a culpa, recebam por gentileza o nosso pedido de desculpas.

Um dia a cinofilia do Brasil será séria...quiçá este dia seja breve...

* Não haverá ressarcimento de valores para cães inscritos que não comparecerem ao evento, bem como será encaminhado à CBKC / FECESP os nomes dos responsáveis pelos cães, que deixaram de pagar suas inscrições .

* O CKC não se responsabilizará por erros de inscrições feitas por fax / fone e Dog Show.-Somente as inscrições feitas por email serão confirmadas no recebimento. Favor confirmarem as demais inscrições.

Exposiciones de Handler Infantil y Juvenil se realizaran todos los días entre el 23 al 26 de Abril del 2009.

En todas las Exposiciones se otorgarán Certificados correspondientes a:

El Campeonato Internacional de Belleza (CACIB)

El Campeonato Latinoamericano de Belleza (CACLAB)

El Campeonato Ecuatoriano de Belleza (CACEB)

El Gran Campeonato Ecuatoriano de Belleza (CAGCEB)

Por esta ocasión se acreditará el doble de puntos para el Certificado del Campeonato Ecuatoriano de Belleza (CACEB), en las Exposiciones Internacionales y el triple de puntos en la Exposición de las Américas y el Caribe.

Para el Ranking AERCAN-PEDIGREE 2009, igualmente se acreditará el doble de puntos en las Exposiciones Internacionales y el triple de puntos en la Exposición de las Américas y el Caribe.

El jueves 23, viernes 24, sábado 25, se realizarán las Exposiciones Internacionales para todas las razas denominadas: Santa Ana de los Cuatro Ríos de Cuenca, Santiago de Guayaquil y San Francisco de Quito.

Lamentablemente revisé y solo hemos vendido hembras en Argentina y luego tomé vacaciones por lo que no te pude responder antes.
