Amigos ajedrecistas :

En vista  de la manifestación del señor Iturry y la señorita Karen Zapata, me veo en la obligación de informales como  sucedieron los hechos con respecto a la olimpiada. Voy a mencionar algunos de las acciones del Señor Iturry , para que ustedes saquen su propia conclusión:.

 

-Se tomó la libertad de convocar a otras ajedrecistas para ocupar el lugar de mi hija Ann  Chumpitaz, argumentando que había renunciado lo cual es falso. El señor Iturry me dijo  que sólo tenía 600 dólares para Ann y que yo,, si quería que Ann viajara me consiguiera      la diferencia, a lo cual yo le contesté que yo no podía, que no me correspondía y que era su responsabilidad, y que Ann , sí quería ir a la olimpiada.

-El día martes 04 de noviembre me llama el señor Iturry y me pide que tramité la visa de mi hija porque él conseguiría el pasaje y viajaría directo a Dresden con parte de la delegación y con un adulto y que el otro grupo viajaría hasta España y de allí tomarían el metro porque les salía más barato. También se comprometió a que me devolvería todo lo gastado en caso de que Ann no viajara.

-El día 06 de noviembre , cuando se suponía me debería entregar el pasaje de mi  hija, me dice que, el señor Moreno le va a dar el pasaje a Ann, pero que yo debo conseguir para el metro y los impuestos. Le pregunté a cuanto asciende eso y el no me supo responder. Me comuniqué con el señor Miguel Moreno y le expresé mi agradecimiento y le dije que yo no contaba con dinero para pagar el metro ni los impuesto y si Iturry no resolvía eso lamentablemente Ann no podría viajar.                                                                                                                                                              

-El día lunes me apersoné a la federación ; el señor Iturry se encontraba en el Banco tratando de cobrar un cheque. Marco Pacheco logró comunicarse con él desde la Federación y es allí donde escuché que Iturry decía: “que sí no cobraba ese cheque lamentablemente el equipo de varones no podría viajar a la olimpiada”;. Marco preguntó por  el equipo femenino y él contestò : Anita Torres tiene su pasaje, con Luciana no hay problemas, Karen ya consiguió  a Ingrid le va a dar el IPD Y a  Ann le va apoyar Moreno. En la noche de ese día el señor Iturry me llama para decirme que Anita Torres, Ingrid  y Ann viajarían solas  hasta España , porque a Karen no se le encontraba y que si yo estaba de acuerdo y le respondí que no, le dije además que teníamos informe que el metro hasta Alemania bordearía los 300 euros y que no me parecía correcto envíar a tres adolescentes solas.

.

Quiero aclarar lo siguiente :

- El señor Miguel Moreno tenía la voluntad de apoyar a Ann , él se ofreció a prestar el dinero para que Ann viajara pero con la condición de que los dos equipos viajen ,  lo cual me comunicó y que yo respeté. Si el señor Iturry no consiguió cobrar el cheque no culpa del señor Moreno.

- Además no entiendo porque querían viajar hasta España y de allí tomar el metro, sí era más caro  que ir directamente hasta  Dresden .Tomese en cuenta que no hay pasajes disponibles para volver de España hasta después del 15  de diciembre, si se hubiera conseguido sería realmente muy caro.

El señor Iturry aha incurrido en faltas graves :

-No presentó oportunamente ante el IPD el informe del cuadro medallero, motivo por el     cual actualmente algunos medallistas no reciben el apoyo al deportista.

-Se comprometió mediante las bases del campeonato nacional del Cusco a cubrir los gastos de transportes a los clasificados y no lo hizo.

-Mintió al decir que Ann había renunciado a su derecho de participar en la olimpiada.

-Presentó un requerimiento de apoyo con pasajes para la olimpiada , donde no menciona a la campeona  nacional Ann Chumpitaz cometiendo un acto discriminatorio puesto que si mencionó a Ingrid  Aleaga y a Karen Zapata .

-Intentó enviar a tres adolescentes solas  a España  para que de allí viajen en un metro hasta Alemania

 .

,HOY ESTAMOS A PUERTAS DE CERRAR  EL 2008 , SE HAN PREGUNTADO SI LA FEDERACION DE AJEDREZ YA PRESENTO EL PRESUPUESTO 2009

QUE PASARIA SI NO SE PRESENTA, O SE PRESENTA  TARDIAMENTE, Y SI SE PRESENTO NO SE HABRAN OLVIDADO DE ALGUN CAMPEONATO, COMO PASO ESTE AÑO CON EL PANAMERICANO SUB-20.

Creo que es necesario que las demás personas que han sido perjudicadas con las equivocaciones del señor presidente de la FDPA , Milton  Iturry , se manifiesten , y el señor Iturry asuma su responsabilidad porque el debe tener en claro: SE DELEGA AUTORIDAD MAS NO RESPONSABILIDAD.

However, White’s vigilant constriction can take on the feel of spinning plates should Black choose a solid-yet-active course.  White can find himself trying to squeeze an egg to half its size without winding up with yoke on his nose. The main line illustrates, understandably, the most important instance of this: 1.d4 Nf6 2.Nf3 d5 3.e3 e6 4.Bd3 c5 5.b3 Nc6 6.O-O Bd6 7.Bb2 O-O [diagram] Black has three major tactical ideas in this position: He can threaten …e5 by first playing either …Qc7 or …Qe7.  White can play 8.Ne5 to totally stop this option. He can plant a Knight on e4.  White could play 8.Nbd2 if he wants to put this idea on ice. En Passant <TOP> Victor is His Name Early masterpieces of young Korchnoi by Prof. Nagesh Havanur At 77 Victor Korchnoi (b.1931-)  is the oldest active grandmaster on the international  circuit.  He has had a long and distinguished career spanning half a century with more than 4500 games on record.  He won the USSR Championship four times and was a Candidate for the World Championship on ten occasions.  He has played three matches against Anatoly Karpov for the World Championship. A number of his battles from his peak years are well-known.  Unfortunately, his games from the early years still remain relatively unknown.  This is indeed a pity as it was in those games that Korchnoi honed his skills and developed his extraordinary talent.  Of course, competition was fierce in the Soviet era and Victor’s uncompromising attitude (No draws!) brought him both sterling victories and stunning defeats.  These battles are wonderful to watch as they bear testimony to his intense passion for the game and his incredible fighting spirit.
