This year I've already traveled 550 km going around Barcelona naked by bicycle, about 20 km per day for a total of 25 trips. In each trip I came across about 8 pairs of "Mossos d´Esquadra" [park rangers] and Guardias Urbanos [city police] - about 200 total. Problems = 0.

I also have gone about 3 weeks taking off my clothes when leaving work in the Plaza Catalunya and going home on foot +/- 4 km in about 35 minutes. Problems = 0.

I have been in the refreshment tents on the beaches having drinks with no problems. I have been "delighted" several times and in diverse situations to be with Esteban (the person who has been fined the most) who habitually takes a walk with an English companion and who mentioned to me that he also has not had any problems. (My last fine was in July last year. The previous one in 2007 was the one where I had to go to judgment, but you know that I won it. The resolution can be examined on ADDAN.com.) Esteban mentioned to us that they have not taken action against him anywhere he has gone in the last year.

This year we have had a meeting with the Directors of Civil Rights and with the Office for Nondiscrimination of the City Council of Barcelona, which has given us every possible support.

I did the "Cursa del Corte Inglés" [foot race along Corte Inglés] for the fifth time. This year I left the house naked without a bicycle and went on foot to Plaza Catalunya. A complete joy. (It delights me to pass through the interior of the Olympic Stadium naked, in a state of "gymnos", the Greek word for nakedness). I gained ten minutes in comparison to last year, taking just 2 hours, the first to cross the finish line naked (Guinness Record). Upon reaching "Plaza Catalunya", they offered us refreshments and I returned home on foot, passing through "Paseo de Gracia" and the "Diagonal" - a total of 20 km in 3 hours, but with injured feet. Nevertheless it was an enjoyable morning. In the evening, I ride daily by bicycle.

In these European elections, I have again gone to vote naked, and again there have been no problems. This time we have a documentary video of the event that we will try to put up on the Internet.

The Office for Nondiscrimination of the City Council of Barcelona called the "mmm d´" to inform them of my presence so that they can ensure that nobody will prevent me from exercising my right to vote naked. At this moment they know perfectly well that this is our right to express ourselves in nakedness, and we know that when somebody denounces our presence by telephone, they are informed of precisely this fact.

In this respect, as the Mossos d´Esquadra are an organization in Catalonia, we should want to say that they exercise this form of action in the whole autonomous region [of Catalonia].

We are already truly liberated. Are more demonstrations needed?

This month, I will try to take real actions like traveling on the Metro/bus, and entering stores, the Corte Inglés, museums, the City Council, etc.

Este año llevo ya 550 Km. circulando desnudo en bicicleta por Barcelona. A unos 20 Km por día sale un total 25 salidas. En cada salida me he cruzado con unas 8 parejas entre "Mossos d´Esquadra" y Guardias Urbanos, unos 200. Problemas = 0

Llevo también 3 semanas quitándome la ropa al salir del trabajo en Plaza Catalunya y voy a casa a pie +/- 4 Km en unos 35 minutos. Problemas = 0

He estado en los chiringuitos de las playas tomando refrescos sin ningún problema. Me he quedado "encantado" varias veces y en diversos sitios con Esteban ( la persona más multada ) que habitualmente pasea con un compañero inglés y que me comentaron que tampoco tenían ya ningún problema. ( Mi última multa fué en Julio del año pasado. La anterior en 2007 con la que tuve que ir a juicio pero ya sabeis que lo gané ( La resolución és consultable en ADDAN.com). Esteban nos comentó que en lo que va de año, no le han impuesto

Este año hemos tenido una reunión con las Directoras de Derechos Civiles y la de la Oficina para la No Discriminación del Ayuntamiento de Barcelona, las cuales nos han dado todo el soporte posible.

Hice la "Cursa del Corte Inglés" por quinta vez. Este año salí de casa desnudo sin bicicleta y fuí a pie a la Plaza Cataluña. Un goce total. ( Me encanta pasar por el interior del Estadio Olímpico desnudo, en situación de "gymnos", la griega desnudez). Gané diez minutos respecto al año pasado tardando justo 2 horas, el primero en cruzar desnudo la meta (Récord Guinness), Al finalizar en la "Plaza Cataluña" nos invitaron a un refresco y volví a pie a casa pasando por el "Paseo de Gracia" y la "Diagonal". Total 20 km en 3 horas, pero con los pies llagados. Sin embargo fue una mañana de goce. Por la tarde la
diaria salida en bicicleta.

En estas elecciones Europeas, he ido a votar otra vez en desnudez. Tampoco ha habido ningún problema. Esta vez tenemos video documental del evento, que intentaremos colgar en Internet.

La Oficina para la No Discriminación del Ayuntamiento de Barcelona llamó a los "mmm d´" para informales de mi presencia para que controlaran que nadie me impidiera ejercer mi derecho al voto en desnudez. En este momento saben perfectamente que es nuestro derecho, expresarse en desnudez y sabemos que cuando alguien denuncia nuestra presencia telefónicamente les comentan precisamente este hecho.

En este aspecto, como los Mossos d´Esquadra son un ente en Catalunya, quiere decir que esta forma de actuar la ejercen en toda la Autonomía.

Estamos ya realmente liberados ¿Hacen falta más demostraciones?

Este mes, intentaré hacer reales acciones pendientes como viajar en el metro / autobús, entrar en tiendas, el Corte Inglés, museos, Ayuntamiento, etc.
