hola!

puede que no no este instalada la libreria allegro.
("allegro.h: No such file or directory")

si mal no recuerdo, allegro para devc++ es un archivo
exe autoinstalable.

si ya lo has instalado, entonces asegurate las
cabeceras de allegro esten en include de devc++.
