and outer realities? Learn what we can do to remold our lives through various
daily practices and especially by following the Nembutsu Way. The scriptural
inspiration for this discussion is the Dhammapada: the Sayings of the Buddha,
verse one, "We are what we think -with our thoughts we make the world."

Life. Gratitude for small things enriches us beyond measure. It helps us focus
on the positive in our lives and what we focus on multiplies and a regular
