Hi, sorry to write in english, but my spanish is ..not very diveloped.
I worked one year on the same of problems you're speaking about and they are
depending so much on the materials you can find on the spot that it would be
impossible to answer, but i found very usefull the info you can downnload from:
-unchcr site, (there is a tss technical support section and pubblications)
-wedec site (www.wedc.lboro.ac.uk), they are very nice and can answer on line,
it's an engleish university
-Medecins Sans Frontieres wat-san department (www.msf.es - www.msf.org) are
super technical and have very good guidelines on paper and digital.. possible to
buy maybe...
-SKAT is a swiss editor that have a huge amount of pubblications about water and
building in "underdeveloped" countries and a good site to check.
