Alejandro Peña Esclusa, is a world renowned writer and political activist who has dedicated most of his life to addressing the social crisis of Latin America , as a product of the implementation of erroneous economic models.
In 1998 Mr. Peña ran for the Venezuelan presidency. During that time he warned the world that Hugo Chavez was "the candidate of Fidel Castro and the Colombian Guerrilla." In 2001, Mr. Peña initiated the first public demonstrations against President Hugo Chavez, and he currently heads Fuerza Solidaria.
Fuerza Solidaria is an NGO that informs individuals of the negative aspects of the Castro-communist model and the fact that it is currently expanding in the Latin American region. (www.fuerzasolidaria.org)
Mr. Peña's most recent book is titled "The Continent of Hope" and it is published in English, Portuguese and Spanish. The book is dedicated "to all the countries of America , in reparation for the damage
Hugo Chavez and his regime may have caused them."

Alejandro Peña Esclusa, es un renombrado escritor y activista político que ha dedicado gran parte de su vida a estudiar la crisis social de América Latina como producto de la implementación de modelos económicos erróneos.
En 1998, el señor Peña participó como candidato a las elecciones presidenciales en Venezuela y durante este período denunció ante el mundo que Hugo Chávez era el candidato de Fidel Castro y de la Guerrilla Colombiana. Luego, en el año 2001, inició las primeras protestas públicas
contra el Presidente Hugo Chávez y actualmente dirige la ONG Fuerza Solidaria.
Fuerza Solidaria es una Organización No Gubernamental, que informa acerca de los aspectos negativos del modelo castro-comunista y del peligro que representa la expansión actual de este modelo en toda la región latinoamericana. (www.fuerzasolidaria.org)
Su más reciente libro titulado “El Continente de la Esperanza ” ha sido publicado en Inglés,
Portugués y Español y está dedicado a “todos los países de América, en desagravio por todo el daño que Hugo Chávez y su régimen pueda haberles causado.”
