Adriano,
Yes, you have a 4.9 cell. Remember you have a plastic frame, the cell wall in
plastic has to be thicker. Cell wall in wax is very thin, I think you understand
that.
so you can't measure with the ruler and get it right. You need to measure the
INSIDE of the cell. Cell is tapered upward, so the cell is smaller inside bottom
and 4.9mm ID at the top.
