The OSA Student Chapter Excellence Award

Don't miss this opportunity for $1000 USD!  This award grants $1000 USD in recognition of two outstanding Student Chapters. It is presented each fall at the OSA Student Leadership Meeting.

OSA gives out the Excellence Award to recognize two outstanding OSA Student Chapters in the categories of:

• Under 15 members
• Over 15 members

Criteria:

Chapter Programming - up to 50 points.  Chapters are asked to give a brief description of their chapter's program, to include meeting calendar, special events, and any publicity associated with their chapter activities.

Educational Outreach - up to 50 points.  Chapters are asked to give a brief description of their chapter's educational outreach efforts, to include activities, special events and any publicity associated with their educational outreach.

The Excellence Award grants each winning chapter $1000.

If you would like to apply for a 2007 Excellence Award, please complete and submit the online form NO LATER THAN August 24, 2007!
