Ingredientes
- 500 gr. de morro de ternera.
- 1 cabeza de ajo
- 1 cebolla
- 1 cebolleta
- 1 puerro
- 2 zanahorias
- 1 nabo
- 2 tomates maduros
- 1 hueso de jam=F3n
- Carne de pimiento choricero
- Sal
- Or=E9gano
- Tomillo
- Laurel
- Clavo
- Comino
- Piment=F3n dulce
- 12 placas de pasta para canel=F3n
Elaboraci=F3n
En primer lugar introducimos los morros troceados de agua hirviendo con sal=
durante 5 minutos, retiramos y lavamos bien. A continuaci=F3n, pochamos to=
das las verduras durante 30 minutos a excepci=F3n de los tomates, que a=F1a=
dimos en este momento, pochamos 5 minutos m=E1s y ponemos los morros, las e=
specias y el hueso de jam=F3n. Cubrimos con agua para cocer durante 2 horas=
a fuego muy lento. Una vez cocido todo, retiramos la carne que limpiamos y=
troceamos en partes muy peque=F1as, como de carne picada, y reservamos. Co=
lamos el jugo resultante, y reservamos.
Cocemos la pasta, como nos indique el fabricante, y reservamos en agua fr=
=EDa. Por =FAltimo, sofre=EDmos la carne de choricero en aceite caliente, a=
=F1adimos una cucharadita de caf=E9 de piment=F3n dulce, otra de harina, re=
movemos bien y a=F1adimos el jugo de la cocci=F3n. Hervimos hasta que est=
=E9 bien meloso y ponemos en este momento los morros troceados. Que cocemos=
2 minutos m=E1s, rellenando con ellos los canelones.
Salseamos con un poco de jugo, y servimos bien calientes.

a=F1adimos el jugo de la cocci=F3n. Hervimos hasta que est=E9 bien meloso y=
ponemos
en este momento los morros troceados. Que cocemos 2 minutos m=E1s, rellenan=
do con
ellos los canelones.<br>
Salseamos con un poco de jugo, y servimos bien calientes.<o:p></o:p></span>=
