IM - University of Brasilia perfects exclusion of the mixed people
After the episode of the racial court of the University of Brasilia (UnB) having classified a candidate to a vacant in superior education as 'Negro' (Black) and its identical twin brother as white, the UnB decided to perfect the election process being reduced the possibility of some 'Pardo' (Brown) display again to the public the racialist system adopted in the university. Now the judgment will be carried through personally presence and those that decide to concur in the private quota for the Blacks will not be able to concur in the contest of the general people.

The UnB's official Proclamation is very explicit:
“6,1 To concur for the vacant reserved by means of the System of Quotas for 'Negros', the candidate will have to be 'Negro' of black ('preto') or brown ('pardo')color ”.
