Curso Intensivo de Asthanga Yoga InboundDirigidos a:
Quienes aspiran a ser instructores en la practica del Yoga.
Quienes quieren desarrollar y profundizar su propia practica individual.
Objetivos
Se ensenara como desarrollar tu propia rutina diaria de Asthanga Yoga
Se capacitara para poder dar una clase de Yoga Inbound tanto grupal como individual de las series Primarias del Astanga Yoga Inbound para principiantes.
Contenido del curso:
Se ensenara:
* Filosofía del Yoga Inbound
* Las Series Primarias del Astanga Viñasa Yoga.
* Detalladamente cada una de las asanas de las Series Primarias.
* Las modificaciones que existen para las asanas.
* Los ajustamientos y alineamientos de las asanas.
* Los nombres sanskritos de las asanas.
* Técnicas de ensenansas tanto grupales como individuales
* Desarrollo de los bhandas
* Como desarrollar un entendimiento mas profundo en la practica del yoga
Programacion
8 Horas diarias de Asthanga Yoga. 5 dias por Semana
08 a 09 am Meditación y Filosofía del Yoga
09 a 10 am Self Practica
Desayuno
11 a 13 pm Estudio de las Asanas
Almuerzo
17 a 18 pm Trabajo personal
18 a 21 pm Practica Guiada
