it from the presidential library of the government of Liberia. My name is George
Taylor, the immediate junior brother to former President Charles Taylor of the
country of Liberia. I am a medical Doctor by profession. Until this civil war in

his bosom friend- President Olusegun Obanasjo of Nigeria to leave Liberia for
the sake of peace. To worsen the situation, the United Nation war crime
commission; sitting in Sierra Leone had recently issued a warrant for his arrest
on war crimes but I am happy that his friend- the president of Nigeria and the
host of other African leaders must have discussed with the secretary-general of
the United Nation and the American President George Bush to drop the charges for
the same sake of peace in the world global.

As you must have heard, my brother and the entire family and over 300 aides has
left Liberia on 11th August to exile in Calabar city of Nigeria and I have left
Monrovia to my native country home, where I will hide for some times to organize
my self and plan for the future. Based on the dethrone of my brother, I have
under my custody the sum of $27million, which was meant to purchase Drugs,
foods and medicines for the treatment of the war refuges and the good citizens
of Liberia but because of the sudden change of government, which forced former
president Taylor to resign and went to exile in Nigeria, I have decided to move
the total amount out of Liberia without any further delay. If I leave those
boxes containing the said amount in the government house, the rebel forces who
are now in-control of the capital city may loot the money and put into their
private pockets. Since I have suffered for the country-Liberia, I will make use
of the fund as my compensation from the government I served with all my
strength. The fund (cash) is right here with me and I have made some
arrangements to move the boxes to your address with your name as the
beneficiary; through the services of Overseas Diplomatic Courier services
worldwide-London for safekeeping. I have discussed with the management and they
have agreed to receive the funds and re-send to your address immediately.

If you agree to be part of this transaction, I shall expect you to be honest,
