The Greek Language and Art Association (www.yourglc.com) in
cooperation with the prefecture of Samos and the City of Vathi on the
island of Samos offers during August 2009 in the picturesque village
of Agios Konstantinos in Samos the following courses:

1)    Two summer Greek language courses for foreigners (all levels).

1st course: 3/8/-15/8/2009, 2nd course: 10/8 - 21/8/2009 (2 weeks,
40 hours of instruction + 10 hours of activities)

Fees: 690 Euros (Free for the members of the Samian Diaspora)

2)    Free parallel Turkish - Greek language course.

Duration: 10/8 - 21/8/2009 (2 weeks, 30 hours of instruction + 10
hours of nettings with members of the "other" national group + 10
hours of activities)

The course if free and is indented for Greek adults who want to learn
or improve their skills in the Turkish language, also for Turkish
adults who want to learn or improve their skills in the Greek
language. During the course both national groups will work together.
This way the students of both groups will have the opportunity to
practice the language they learn, to learn more about the `other´
country and her civilization, as well as exchanging ideas and creating
personal relationships with people from the other culture.

Accommodation: Students may sleep for free in the public camping of
Agios Konstantinos, very close to the seminar building. Anyone who
prefers to sleep in a room, may reserve a room at one of the hotels or
rooms for rent of the area, at their own expenses (ap. cost: 20 -
60EUR/ night).

Το σεμινά�ιο π�οσφέ�εται δω�εάν και
απευθ�νεται σε ενήλικους Έλληνες που
α�χίζουν ή θέλουν να βελτιώσουν τα
Του�κικά τους και ενήλικους Το��κους
που επίσης επιθυμο�ν να α�χίσουν ή να
βελτιώσουν τα ελληνικά τους. Κατά τη
διά�κεια του σεμινα�ίου οι δ�ο
εθνικές ομάδες θα δουλέψουν μαζί. Έτσι
οι μαθητές θα έχουν τη δυνατότητα να
εξασκήσουν τη γλώσσα που μαθαίνουν με
φυσικο�ς ομιλητές, να μάθουν
πε�ισσότε�α για την άλλη χώ�α και τον
πολιτισμό της, επίσης να ανταλλάξουν
ιδέες και να δημιου�γήσουν π�οσωπικές
σχέσεις με άτομα του άλλου πολιτισμο�.

Διαμονή: Υπά�χει η δυνατότητα δω�εάν
φιλοξενίας των σπουδαστών στην
κατασκήνωση της �ομα�χίας στον Άγιο
Κωνσταντίνο, πολ� κοντά στο χώ�ο των
μαθημάτων. Όσοι επιθυμο�ν μπο�ο�ν να
κ�ατήσουν ένα δωμάτιο στα ξενοδοχεία
και ενοικιαζόμενα δωμάτια της
πε�ιοχής, με δικά τους έξοδα (τιμές από
20 έως 60EUR/ημέ�α)
