Looks good and integrates with word, google docs, and other programs...It can capture info from scietific databses (PubMed, JSTOR, ISI Web of Knowledge,...) Being browser based means is independent of the operating system (Windows, Linux, OS X, etc...). Currently is only available under Firefox, but support for other browser have already been anounced. They claim it already have "thousands" of styles off-the-shelf. At least, worthy a look at!

Criticism: Is my library going to be online (hence subject to eavesdropping)? Can I import, export from other reference managers e.g. EndNote? Can it export to bibtex? Do I have the option to create my own style?
