Evolution Breaking Out All Over the World
Real transformation — that is, the growth of human consciousness — is a messy affair that is filled with wrong turns, starts-and-stops, soaring fulfillment and painful disappointments. And it is about transcending what we are today while also including that in what we become tomorrow. This ever-integrating, ever-transcending march of evolution continues, and this month we bear witness to transformation in ways large and small... [+more]

No-Self vs. Unique Self
Is there an equivalent to the Unique Self in Buddhism? Diane explores the concept of Unique Self in a Zen Buddhist context, which maintains that the closer we get to identifying something called "self," the more transient and impermanent that identity becomes. Coaches Corner: The Transformative Power of a Topic *FREE*
Are you interested in personal transformation? I know that I am. I've consciously been on my journey of transformation ever since I read The Celestine Prophecy when I just graduated from college over 15 years ago. In addition to reading many of the popular personal growth books, I took up Shaolin Kung Fu, Zen meditation, and eventually Yoga and Qi Gong practices. This journey seemed to accelerate when I discovered integral theory and learned that my entire growth process could be understood in terms of this comprehensive map of human development.
