A language that derives by an additional suffix
(-in for example)
its names of women from its names of men
never would be adopted by the United Nations
because in our new century
both genders must be treated on an equal footing.

Better would be for example :

'hom' or 'home' (human being) 'homa' (female) 'homo' (male)
'American' or 'Americane' (any American)
'Americana' (female)
'Americano' (male)

Les Americanes son las homas e los homos american.
Las Americanas son las homas american.
Los Americanos son los homos american.
