Miguel, no he tenido por el momento ninguna reacción de tipo Herx (4 dias de
tratamiento). habís leido algo sobre ello y estaba pensando que a los dos o tres
días
notaría algo, pero por ahora nada.
Estoy mas cansada que antes pero no se si es por los antibioticos (ya que tb
ahora estoy
mas liada con clases y trabajo). Lo que siento es la boca seca y pastosa y no
paro de beber
agua... pero esto no es nada del otro mundo claro (comparado con las épocas que
tengo
dolores musculares, fasciculaciones y demas). Asi que en general va bien.
Quería haceros una pregunta, he leido en la guia de Burrascano que es
conveniente no
comer o limitar los hidratos de carbono por el tema de la candida y hongos, pero
es muy
importante? yo ahora estoy sólo en 44.5 kg y si no como hidratos ni azucares me
da
miedo bajar más asi que no sé que hacer al respecto. ¿es corriente tener
problemas con la
candida en un tratamiento de 3 o 4 meses (en principio)?
