Si, hé visto el mismo texto de ley, por eso estoy preguntando aqui en Lyme-t-otras... porque cada dia preahoragunta alguien en Francia o en otro pais europeo donde se puede comprar abx sin receta. Y hace algunos años que siempre digo que ahora no es posible en España, que lo fue pero que no lo es.

 

A ver lo que van a decir los Españoles :))

Ley y sanción

Decreto. El número 26.984 del Ministerio de Salud prohíbe a las farmacias la venta de antibióticos sin receta. Solo se excluyen los antibióticos de uso tópico (externo) que contengan oxitetraciclina, neomicina, bacitracina, o polimixina, sustancias que se usan en infecciones de la piel.

Sanciones. Si el Colegio de Farmacéuticos o el Ministerio de Salud detectan que una farmacia incurre por primera vez en la venta de antibióticos sin receta, el Ministerio puede advertirla de que no debe seguir incumpliendo la medida sanitaria.

Recurrentes. Si ya hay denuncias recurrentes, la farmacia se expone a que le suspendan el permiso sanitario de funcionamiento o sean denunciadas ante el Ministerio Público por poner en riesgo la salud del paciente.

Pero al parecer hay contravertores a la ley...

Yes I live in Spain and no matter what antibiotic or medication I
have been on be it ceftriaxone, Bicillin, orals anything in fact even
the needles syringes etc i have never been asked for a prescription. 
in fact I have often shown them the prescription and they say no we
dont need it, so now i never take one in I just get the drug I need.

Also most chemists take you blood and run your blood tests the same
day again withough any doctors notes. And my local pharmacy even
mixes up the Bicillin shots and gives me them
