Eneco ha comprado ya el 71% de Airenergy por lo que está obligado por ley a lanzar la OPA.. todavia no hay fecha pero será en breve...

 

lamentablemente habrá que vender, ya que tienen el 71% y no habrá ningun tipo de contraoferta o posibilidad de sacar más tajada.

AMSTERDAM, March 27 (Reuters) - Eneco Energie, the Netherlands' third-largest power utility, has acquired about 71 percent of Belgian wind farm producer Air Energy (B9J.BR: Quote, Profile, Research), expanding its green power output, it said on Thursday.

Eneco said it paid 39 euros per share in cash for the stake, a 75.3 percent premium to Air Energy's closing price of 22.25 euros on Thursday, and valuing the Belgian company at 151.5 million euros ($239.1 million).

It plans to launch a public offer shortly to buy the rest of Air Energy, Belgium's third-largest wind farm producer, which has 55 megawatt in installed capacity.

"The acquisition of Air Energy fits perfectly with Eneco's renewable energy ambitions to continue strong growth in North Western Europe both in onshore and offshore wind energy," Eneco chairman Jeroen de Haas said in a statement.

Eneco is targeting a minimum production of 5 TWh of renewable energy in 2012, then nearly tripling that to 14 TWh in 2020.
